Encefalopatia hepatică: unele principii de diagnostic şi tratament

Abstract

Diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy (EH) is determined based on the correct interpretation of the complaints, history of the disease, the patient’s life history, detection of objective signs, differential diagnosis and determination of treatment effectiveness. Neuropsychiatric changes are potentially reversible, varying by intensity. Efficacy criterion of the treatment is considered as having signs EH regression, safety criterion – no new complaints, absence of worsening laboratory tests and electroencephalogram (EEG).

Диагноз печеночной энцефалопатии основывается на правильной интерпретации жалоб больного, истории настоящего заболевания, истории жизни, определении объективных признаков, дифференциальной диагностики и эффективности лечения. Психоневрологические изменения являются потенциально обратимыми и варьируют в зависимости от интенсивности заболевания. Критериями эффективности считаются регрессия признаков печеночной энцефалопатии, улучшение лабораторных признаков и показателей электроэнцефалограммы.
