| Abstract: | The research refers to a special group, to medical workers, doctors and nurses who were diagnosed and confirmed with cancer during the years 2000-2016. It analyzes the diagnostic methods applied in different medical institutions - clinical-imagistic, endoscopic, tumor markers, MRI, TC, cytological and direct histological confirmation with the review in the Oncological Institute and their monitoring in National Cancer Registry. In total, 2034 medical workers were confirmed and confirmed with cancer, which were cytologically confirmed - 45.5% and morphologically 78.8%. |
