Condițiile de muncă evaluate de asistenții medicali (Rezultatele studiului)

Abstract

Actualitatea studiului este determinată de impactul direct al schimbărilor organizaționale sau profesionale asupra bunăstării asistenților medicali la locul de muncă. Studiile demonstrează că satisfacția asistenților medicali la locul de muncă va influența și atribuțiile acestora, influențând în final calitatea serviciilor medicale acordate beneficiarilor. Procesul continuu de reformare a sistemului medical din Republica Moldova, prin producerea schimbărilor, are impact asupra bunăstării asistenților medicali la locul de muncă și trebuie să fi e studiat. Scopul studiului a fost investigarea aprecierii de către asistenții medicali a condițiilor de muncă și a așteptărilor acestora privind condițiile de muncă satisfăcătoare. Drept material pentru acest studiu au servit răspunsurile asistenților medicali în cadrul Conferinței Asociației de Nursing din Republica Moldova, ediția 2019, la chestionarul elaborat de echipa de autori. Rezultatele obținute au confirmat că în marea majoritate asistenții medicali sunt satisfăcuți de poziția și de activitatea profesională curentă. Factorii ce determină această satisfacție sunt relațiile în colectivul de muncă, atmosfera psihologică, stilul de conducere al instituției și salariul. În același timp, cercetarea efectuată demonstrează că așteptările asistenților medicali cu privire la mediul de muncă satisfăcător sunt localizate în zona condițiilor fi zice de muncă și remunerării muncii, acest fapt fiind important în crearea unui mediu profesional adecvat.

The actuality of the study determined by the direct impact on the welfare of nurses at workplace of associated organizational or occupational changes. Studies show that the well-being of health care workers in the workplace will also influence their attributions, ultimately influencing the outcomes of healthcare recipients. The ongoing process of reforming the medical system in the Republic of Moldova by making changes influences the welfare of nurses in the workplace and deserves to be studied. The purpose of the study was to explore the assessment by nurses of the working conditions and their expectations related to satisfactory working conditions. Material for the current study served the answers of the nurses at the Conference of the Nursing Association of the Republic of Moldova, edition 2019, to the questionnaire elaborated by the team of authors. The results of the study confirmed that in many of the nurses are satisfied with their position and current professional activity. The factors that determine this satisfaction relate to the relationships in the work team, the psychological atmosphere, the institution’s style of leadership and the salary. At the same time, the study shows that the expectations of nurses regarding a satisfactory work environment are in the area of physical conditions of labor and remuneration of work, that is important to know for the creation of an adequate professional environment.

Актуальность исследования определяется непосредственным влиянием организационных и профессиональных реформ на благосостояние медицинских сестер на рабочих местах. Исследования показывают, что благополучие работников системы здравоохранения на рабочем месте влияет на их ответственность, что в итоге предопределяет результаты оказанных медицинских услуг. Продолжающийся процесс реформ в системе здравоохранения в Республике Молдова влияет на благосостояние медсестер на рабочем месте и должен быть изучен. Целью исследования было изучение оценки медсестрами условий труда и их ожиданий относительно удовлетворительных условий труда. Исследовательским материалом послужили ответы участников Конференции Ассоциации медицинских сестер Республики Молдова 2019 г. на вопросник, разработанный коллективом авторов. Полученные результаты подтвердили, что в подавляющем большинстве медицинские сестры удовлетворены должностью и текущей профессиональной деятельностью. Факторы, которые определяют это удовлетворение, связаны с конструктивными взаимоотношениями в коллективе, психологической атмосферой, стилем руководства в учреждении и заработной платой. В то же время исследование показало, что ожидания медицинских сестер относительно климата в профессиональных коллективах обусловлены в основном условиями труда и размером заработной платы, это является важным фактором создания адекватной профессиональной среды.
