Клинико-морфологические и иммунологические особенности гастропатий при хронической обструктивной болезни легких

Abstract

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in today’s society and represents a significant economic and social burden. The development of gastroduodeopathies in patients with COPD is associated with an increase in the level of proinflammatory (IL-1, IL-8, FNO-a) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines. Together, Gastroduodopathies and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease are associated with changes in the parameters of cellular immunity.

Bronhopneumopatia cronică obstructivă (BPCO) este una dintre principalele cauze ale morbidităţii şi ale mortalităţii în societatea civilă, prezentând o problemă economică şi socială esenţială, care nu are tendinţe de ameliorare. În prezenţa gastroduodenopatiilor, la bolnavii cu BPCO se observă o creştere a nivelului de citokine proinflamatorii şi antiinflamatorii. Gastroduodenopatia, pe fundalul BPCO, se asociază cu modificarea indicatorilor imunităţii celulare, care se manifestă prin limfopenie absolută sau relativă, cu prevalenţa limfocitelor supresoare asupra celor helper.
