| dc.description.abstract | The article describes the critical periods of the development and dynamics of spatio-temporal transformations of the extrahepatic bile ducts observed through a study of 12 series of histological sections of embryonic specimens. The extrahepatic and intrahepatic bile ducts are separated at the moment of their anlage, but by the end of the embryonal period display a tendency toward their union. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Prin studierea a 12 serii de secţiuni histologice ale embrionilor de 4,0-13,0 mm lungime, au fost investigate sursele primordiilor, perioadele critice de dezvoltare şi dinamica modificărilor canalelor biliare extrahepatice în spaţiu şi în timp. S-a stabilit că ductele biliare extra- şi intrahepatice, din momentul apariţiei primordiilor, sunt dispersate, iar spre finele perioadei intrauterine se observă o tendinţă de concentrare a acestora. | |
