Tratamentul modificărilor hemodinamicii ale sistemului respirator la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică

Abstract

Currently chronic liver disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide and especially in Moldova. The main causes of death of patients with liver cirrhosis is, on the one hand, hepatocellular failure and, on the other, the complications in portal hypertension syndrome. The main complications of portal hypertension syndrome are: ascites, variceal gastrointestinal bleeding, porto-systemic encephalopathy, hyperdynamic systemic circulation and pulmonary vascular pathology.

В настоящее время хронические заболевания печени являются одной из основных причин заболеваемости и смертности во всем мире и особенно в Молдове. Основной причиной смерти больных циррозом печени является, с одной стороны гепатоцеллюлярная недостаточность, с другой – осложнения синдрома портальной гипертензии. Основными осложнениями синдрома портальной гипертензии являются: асцит, варикозное расширение вен желудочно-кишечного тракта, порто-системная энцефалопатия, гипердинамические нарушения кровообращения и легочная сосудистая патология.
