Eficacitatea preparatelor entomologice în tratamentul complex al hepatitelor de diferită etiologie

Abstract

The study included 72 patients with chronic hepatitis of viral, toxic or unidentified etiology. The patients were examined according to a unique program. The pharmacotherapy of different etiology hepatitis, including viral, is based on etiologic and pathogenetic treatment. The complex treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis of different etiology with Imupurin and Imuheptin resulted in better improvement of the clinical status, cytolysis and cholestasis syndromes and disturbances of lipid metabolism, cellular and humoral immunity

Исследование включало 72 пациента с хроническим гепатитом вирусной, токсичной или неуточненной этиологией. Пациенты были обследованы по унифицированной программе. Фармакотерапия гепатитов различной этиологии, в том числе вирусной, основана на этиотропном и патогенетическом лечении. Комплексное лечение больных с хроническим гепатитом различной этиологии с включением имупурина и имухептина способствовало улучшению клинической картины, показателей синдромов цитолиза и холестаза, липидного обмена, клеточного и гуморального иммунитета.
