Evoluţia investigaţiilor imagistice şi endoscopice ale tubului digestiv în Republica Moldova în 2001-2010

Abstract

The paper analyzed the development of imaging and endoscopic trac in public health institutions of the Ministry of population. The main indicators of the medical imaging and endoscopic service is due increasing the addressability of population and unreasonable prescriptions of investigations of the digestive tract. В работе проанализирована эволюция лучевых и эндоскопических методов исследования органов желудочно-кишечного тракта в публичных лечебно-профилактических учреждениях Министерства Здравоохранения Республики Молдова в 2001-2010 гг. Отдельное место в исследовании занимает иерархизация радиационных и нерадиационных методов исследования. Использование эхографического и эндоскопического методов исследования привело к снижению коллективной дозы радиации населения. Увеличение основных показателей деятельности служб лучевой и эндоскопической диагностики в исследовании желудочно-кишечного тракта произошло за счет роста обращаемости в лечебные учреждения и частичной необоснованности их назначения.
