Actualităţi etiopatogenetice, clinico-evolutive şi de tratament în depresiile rezistente

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the etiopathogenetic causes, clinical evolution, and principles of therapy in resistant depression. This article presents references and sources of data with biological base, genetic factors, social conditions, and premorbid people particularities in refractory depression. This study describes depressive syndromes with low curability and atypical psychopathological manifestations. This report describes the main clinical variants, types of evolution, variants of onset, the comorbidity with different diseases, and methods to overcome therapeutic resistance.

Цель работы заключается в изучении вопросов этиологии, патогенеза, клиники, течения и лечения резистентных депрессий. В настоящей работе сделан современный обзор литературы, касающийся почвы, генетических факторов, социальных условий, преморбидных черт личности при резистентных депрессиях. В статье представлены депрессивные синдромы с низкой курабельностью, атипические психопатологические симптомы. В работе описываются основные клинические варианты, типы течения, варианты дебюта, коморбидность с другими заболеваниями, методы преодоления терапевтической резистентности.
