Medicina de familie în Republica Moldova: de la Declaraţia din Almaty până în prezent

Abstract

In this article, the authors examine the evolution of family medicine in the Republic of Moldova in the context of primary care sector changes during the health care reforms implemented in the country. The evolution of family medicine as an academic specialty, modifications in training curricula, and role changes of family physicians in delivering primary care services are described. The main directions of change in the medical specialty of family medicine as well as perspectives of development are reviewed.

В этой статье авторы рассматривают развитие семейной медицины в Республике Молдова в контексте изменений первичного звена здравоохранения и реформ, осуществляемых в стране. Описано развитие семейной медицины как академической дисциплины, изменение учебных планов и программ, а также эволюция роли семейных врачей в оказании первичной медико-санитарной помощи. В заключение дана оценка, основные направления и перспективы развития семейной медицины в стране.
