Abstract:	The work described incidence, etiopathogenetical and predisposing factors, as diagnostic features of IHD in elderly patients. Are reported the basic principles of non-drug and drug therapy in these patients. В работе отражены распространенность, этиопатогенетические и предрасполагающие факторы ИБС, а также диагностические особенности течения ИБС у возрастных лиц. Изложены основные принципы немедикаментозного и медикаментозного лечения больных в соответствующих возрастных группах.
