| Abstract: | Monitored esophageal pH–methry is the „gold standard” in diagnosis of gastro esophageal reflux disease. The method allows the measuring of
severity degree in reflux esophagitis and correcting antisecretory treatment.
Мониторизированная 24-часовая рН-метрия является «золотым стандартом» в диагностике ГЭРБ. Метод дает возможность оценить
степень тяжести рефлюксного эзофагита. Суточная рH–метрия позволяет определить дозу антисекреторных препаратов и констатировать
эффективность проводимого лечения. |
