| Abstract: | Summary. Erectile dysfunction in adult men - a separate disease or a symptom of a systemic disease? Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common medical problems of adult male. This paper reflects an analysis of the causes of erectile dysfunction in 169 patients primary addressed to an andrologist doctor. It shows that erectile dysfunction in adult male in most cases is a first symptom of other diseases such as arterial hypertension, metabolic syndrome, diabetes mellitus, prostate adenoma, late secondary hypogonadism etc. |
