| Abstract: | Summary. Laparoscopic surgical treatment of solitary renal cyst has become nowadays the choice intervention for this disease and cyst dome resection is limited by its renal parenchyma. Intervention has a relatively low degree of difficulty, it may be a debut of laparoscopic techniques for urologists. Advantages of laparoscopy are the morbidity and shorter postoperative hospitalization period compared to conventional surgical techniques, such as overall cost price below the open intervention. |
