| Abstract: | Autorii prezintă un caz de lipom hipofaringian gigant complicat cu dispnee marcată, care a pus în pericol viaţa pacientei, şi rezolvat de urgenţă în clinica
de specialitate. Tratamentul a constat în ablaţia lipomului hipofaringian prin microlaringoscopie suspendată cu anestezie generală, intubaţie orotraheală.
The authors present a complicated case of hypopharyngeal giant lipoma with dyspnea that threatened patient life and was solved by emergency surgery.
The treatment consisted in ablation of the hypopharyngeal lipoma by suspended microlaryngoscopy with general anesthesia and orotracheal intubation. |
