Supravegherea clinică, imagistică și endoscopică a pacienților cu ciroză hepatică operați pentru hipertensiune portală

Abstract

Studiul nostru evaluează rezultatele intervențiilor medico-chirurgicale efectuate unui lot de 102 bolnavi cu ciroză hepatică asociată cu hipertensiune portală. Este prezentat modelul de management terapeutic (depistare, informare, tratament) al complicațiilor survenite tardiv postintervenţie chirurgicală și apreciată influența acestuia asupra evoluției bolii și calității vieții.

This study evaluates the results of the medico-surgical interventions conducted on a batch of 102 patients suffering from liver cirrhosis associated with portal hypertension. It is presented an approach to therapeutic management (screening, information gathering and treatment) of late complications occurred postoperative and also appreciates their influence over the disease progression and the quality of life.
