Tratamentul chirurgical în fracturile oaselor scurte la copil

Abstract

Studiul nostru este bazat pe analiza tratamentului ortopedic și chirurgical al fracturilor oaselor scurte la 239 copii, tratați pe parcursul anilor 2011-2016, în Clinica de Ortopedie Pediatrică a USMF ”Nicolae Testemițanu”. Dintre cei 239 copii tratați, 125 copii au fost cu fractură de claviculă, 85 copii au fost cu fractura oaselor mâinii, 25 copii – cu fractura oaselor piciorului. La 178 copii tratați chirurgical s-a efectuat: repoziția deschisă, adaptarea fragmentelor și osteosinteza cu broșe încrucișate urmată de imobilizare gipsată.

Our study is based on the analysis of non-operative and surgical treatment of the fractures of short bones in 239 children, treated in the Clinic of Pediatric Orthopaedy of USMF ”Nicolae Testemițanu” during the years 2011-2016. Among the 239 treated children, 125 of them were with fracture of clavicle, 89 – with fractures of hand bones, 25 with fracture of foot bones. There was performed surgical treatment to 178 children: open reduction, internal fixation with crossing K-wires followed by cast immobilization.
