The aim of the study was clinical and paraclinical analysis of Crohn’s disease (CD) in Republic of Moldova. Methods. It was made a descriptive-retrospective study, wherein was selected 42 patients with CD diagnosed by endoscopic and histological methods in Republican Clinical Hospital in 2014-2015 years. It was analyzed the frequency and character of clinical symptoms and some of paraclinical aspects like biochemical liver and pancreatic test. It was searched the correlation between CD activity index (CDAI) and clinical and paraclinical parameters. Results and conclusions. The most frequent symptom was pain (98%), with a moderate or severe intensity (78%). The diarrhea of light or moderate intensity was established in 62% cases, and weights lose in 38%. At the complete blood counts was determined a high sensibility of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (61%) and thrombocitosis (54%). It was found a positive strong correlation between CDAI and severity of pain and diarrhea, and negative moderate correlation between CD activity index and the level of total protein and prothrombin.en_US
dc.description.abstractЦель.
