AbstractRezumat. 0 analiză actuală a confirmat că inflamaţiile provocate de infecţii sunt cauzele cele mai frecvente ale stricturilor uretrale, ce sunt responsabile de 49,13% din cazurile de stricturi analizate în timp de 10 ani. Traumatismele sunt a doua cauză frecventă a stricturilor ureterale şi au fost întîlnite la 36,85% din pacienţi. Stricturile iatrogene sunt plasate pe ultimul loc şi au fost diagnosticate în 18,8% din lotul de pacienţi studiaţi.
Summary. Actual analysis has shown that infectious inflammation is the most often cause of beningn urethral strictures, being responsible for 49,13% of analysed cases during 10 years-study. Trauma is the next by frequency cause of urethral strictures and were met in 36,85% cases, lathrogenic strictures were the least often cause of benign urethral strictures, that were diagnosed in 18,8% of studied patients.
