Splenopatia portală: evaluare și repere chirurgicale

Abstract

Lucrarea de față analizează experiența Clinicii 1 Chirurgie în tratamentul multimodal al splenopatiei portale, de interes chirurgical. Studiul nostru evaluează intervențiile efectuate și rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical al unui lot de 387 bolnavi cu ciroză hepatică, splenopatie și hipersplenism sever asociat, realizat prin abord clasic sau laparoscopic. Se prezintă tehnicile chirurgicale și rezultatele postoperatorii.

The study presents the analysis of Surgical Clinic 1 experience of multimodal treatment of portal splenopathy, in surgical aspect. Our study evaluated the performed interventions and the results of surgical treatment of 387 patients with liver cirrhosis, splenopathy and severe associated hypersplenism, performed by classic access or laparoscopic. There are presented the surgical techniques and postoperative results.
