Analiza clinică a eficacităţii diosminei semisintetice (Phlebodia 600) în tratamentul hemoroizilor acuţi

Abstract

Problema patologiei hemoroidale este cunoscută demult, dar viaţa contemporană cu „legile sale” a făcut-o recunoscută şi răspândită. Homo sapiens este o parte integrală a Universului şi se supune legilor acestuia. Fiind influenţat de poziţia verticală, forţat de atracţia pământului, Omul s-a trezit cu problema insuficienţei venoase, care clinic se manifestă cu probleme hemoroidale şi boala varicoasă. Soluţionarea acestor probleme este un remediu venotonic. În lucrarea dată s-a studiat rezultatul administrării indicaţiei Diosminei Semisintetice (Phlebodia 600) în tratamentul hemoroizilor în faza acută gradul 1 şi gradul 2, în doze nictemerale corecte şi respectând schema recomandată în patologia hemoroidală. Rezultatele studiului au demonstrat eficacitatea administrării Diosminei Semisintetice (Phlebodia 600) şi ameliorarea vădită a semnelor obiective şi subiective în primele 72 de ore de tratament. S-a efectuat studiul eficacităţii clinice a indicaţiei Diosminei Semisintetice (Phlebodia 600) în tratamentul pacienţilor cu hemoroizi în faza acută gradul 1 şi gradul 2. Au fost examinaţi 30 de pacienţi, dintre care 50% au urmat un tratament cu Diosmină Semisintetică (Phlebodia 600). Anume la aceşti pacienţi s-a observat ameliorarea simptomelor subiective şi obiective. În aşa mod a fost demonstrată eficacitatea Diosminei Semisintetice (Phlebodia 600) în tratamentul pacienţilor cu hemoroizi acuţi gradul 1 şi 2 în condiţii de ambulatoriu, respectând schema corectă de tratament.

Hemorrhoid pathology’s problems is very old, but contemporary life with “its lows” done it widespread and acknowledged. Homo sapiens is an integral part of the Universe and is liable to its lows. The man is influenced by the vertical position, by the force of attraction of the Terra and that’s why he has the problem – the venous insufficiency, who clinic is manifested with hemorrhoid problems and varicose veins. The settlement for these problems is a vein tonic drug. In these thesis is studied the results of administrated the Semi synthetic Diosmin (Phlebodia 600) in correct diurnal dozes and respected the recommended scheme in hemorrhoid pathologies. The results of study demonstrated the efficiency of the uses Semi synthetic Diosmin (Phlebodia 600) and the improvement of the subject and object sign in the first 72 h. of treatment. It was be effected the studies of clinical efficiency of indication Semi synthetic Diosmin (Phlebodia 600) in the treatment of patients with acute hemorrhoid degree 1 or 2. It was be examined 30 patients between there 50% followed the treatment with Semi synthetic Diosmin (Phlebodia 600). Deliberately at these patients it was observed the improvement of the objective and the subjective symptoms. In this mode it was demonstrated the efficiency of Semi synthetic Diosmin (Phlebodia 600) in the treatment of patients with acute hemorrhoid degree 1 or 2, in the ambulatory conditions respected the treatment`s scheme.
