They presented the results of a study conducted on a sample of 152 men with gallbladder cholelithiasis. The record in about 59.2% cases
chronic obstructive duodenostasis. It indicates that chronic duodenostasis is an important etiopathogenetic factor in the development
of gallblader cholelithiasis in men. It is concluded that the diagnostic protocol in patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis requires
accurate specification of the functional status of gastroduodenal area.
Sunt prezentate rezultatele unui studiu realizat pe un eşantion de 152 bărbaţi cu colelitiază veziculară. Se consemnă în circa 59,2% observaţii
duodenostază cronică obstructivă. Se indică, că duodenostaza cronică reprezintă un factor etiopatogenetic important în evoluţia
colelitiazei veziculare la bărbaţi. Se concluzionează, că protocolul diagnostic la pacienţii cu colecistită cronică calculoasă necesită precizarea
stării funcţionale a zonei gastroduodenale.
