Aspecte etico-morale ale activităţii medicale

Abstract

Lucrarea include informaţii din literatura universală cu privire la problemele etico-morale şi bioetică, direcţie ştiinţifică prioritară pentru multe specialităţi (medicină, jurisprudenţă, filozofie, sociologie, etc.) şi reprezentanţii societăţii publice. Se analizează evoluţia dreptului omului la diferite etape de dezvoltare, se evidenţiază valoarea moralităţii şi aspectele deontologice în activitatea lucrătorilor medicali, relaţia dintre medic şi pacient, medic şi rudele bolnavului în contextul tradiţiilor seculare şi cerinţelor legislaţiilor contemporane. Se abordează poziţiile unor autori cu privire la legile morale, juridice şi comportamentul lucrătorilor medicali în anumite situaţii complicate ale activităţii profesionale, inclusiv şi problemele legate de transplantologie sau eutanasie.

Ethico-moral and bioethical issues represent one of the main directions for many specialties (medicine, jurisprudence, philosophy, sociology etc.) and for society representatives as well. The article includes information related to these issues from different sources of universal literature. Peoples rights’ evolution during different stages of development is analyzed. Ethical values and deontological aspects of doctor’ activities are mentioned. Medic-patient and medic-patient’s relatives relationships are estimated in the context of traditions and modern laws requirements. Different authors’ opinions on ethical laws, medical law and physician’s behavior in various situations are presented. Transplant and euthanasia issues are discussed.
