Modificările funcţionale ale organelor interne în leziunile multiple şi asociate în perioada de consolidare a fracturilor oaselor bazinului

Abstract

S-a efectuat o analiză a dereglărilor funcţionale şi structurale a unor organe interne la 59 de bolnavi cu traumă asociată şi multiplă a oaselor bazinului. Cercetarea efectuată a demonstrat, că traumă asociată şi cu gravitate multiplă se asociază cu reacţii de stres, care contribuie la apariţia dereglărilor activităţii motorii şi secretorii a tubului digestiv, la formarea eroziunilor pe suprafaţa mucoasei gastrice, elevarea indicilor α-amilazei sangvine, LDH, АLТ, АSТ etc. La efectuarea osteosintezei precoce a oaselor bazinului s-a observat o restabilire mai rapidă a acestor parametri, iar în lotul accidentaţilor, la care în perioada precoce nu s-a utilizat osteosinteza stabilă, tabloul clinic de „stres-leziune” de fapt s-a păstrat şi a continuat să evolueze.

The deep analysis of functional and structural deviations of the internal organs was performed at 59 patients with the associated and multiple traumas of the pelvic bones. These investigations demonstrated that associated and multiple trauma is linked with the stress reactions, which cause motor and secretive malfunction of digestive tract, erosions formation on the gastric mucosa, increase the blood α-amilase indexes, LDH, АLТ, АSТ etc. Using the early osteosynthesis of the pelvic bones was observed the quicker restoration of these parameters, compared to the treatment without early pelvis stabilization, where the “stress-injury” picture persisted and continued to evolve.
