Particularitățile evoluției clinice a focarelor de contuzie cerebrală gravă de lob frontal și temporal în complexul traumatismului craniocerebral grav

Abstract

Studiul prezent reflectă particularităţile evoluţiei clinice a focarelor de contuzie cerebrală gravă de lob frontal şi temporal în complexul traumatismului craniocerebral grav efectuat pe un lot de 61 pacienţi, trataţi în condiţiile Serviciului Neurochirurgie IMSP, Spitalul Regional Bălţi, pe perioada anilor 2004-2008. În rezultatul studiului, au fost evidenţiate 4 forme a evoluţiei clinice al focarelor de contuzie cerebrală gravă de lob frontal şi temporal: „hematomică”, „evolutivă”, „lentă” şi „involutivă”.

The present study deals with the peculiarities of the clinical evolution of the nidi of the severe brain contusion focus of the frontal and temporal lobes in the complex of the severe craniocerebral traumatism in 61 patients treated at the Neurosurgical Service in the Public Medico-Sanitary Institution of the Regional Hospital in Balti, during the years 2004-2008. As a result of the study, 4 forms of clinical evolution of the nidi of the severe brain contusion focus of the frontal and temporal lobes have been detected: “haematomatic”, “evolutive”, “slow” and “involutive”.
