Analizând problema particularităţilor motivaţionale ale personalităţii, mulţi savanţi au constatat că între motivaţie şi calităţile personalităţii există o legătură reciprocă: calităţile personalităţii influenţează particularităţile motivaţiei, iar particularităţile motivaţiei odată fixate devin calităţi ale personalităţii [10, 16, 17]. Modificarea ierarhiei şi medierii motivelor înseamnă pierderea organizării complexe a activităţii omului [4, 5, 6]. Scopul lucrării: studierea particularităţilor sferei motivaţionale a persoanelor care suferă de alcoolism cronic sub aspect gender (de gen – n.r.). Cercetarea a fost desfăşurată pe un eşantion de 100 de indivizi, din care 60 bolnavi de alcoolism cronic de stadiul II, 30 din ei fiind bărbaţi şi 30 femei, iar 40 de indivizi sănătoşi au constituit grupul martor, respectiv 20 de femei şi 20 de bărbaţi. Vârsta bărbaţilor ce suferă de alcoolism cronic era de 29-43 de ani (35,9 4,99), cea a femeilor – de 30-45 (36,1 5,43). În grupul martor vârsta bărbaţilor era de 28-45 ani (vârsta medie fiind 37,7 5,76), iar cea a femeilor – 30-47 ani (38,9 4,65). Metodele de cercetare: scara de evaluare a necesităţii de performanţă, studierea motivaţiei de evitare a eşecului (insuccesului), scara de evaluare a motivaţiei de aprobare, testul „orientarea personalităţii”, investigarea apărărilor psihologice, relevarea motivaţiei, metoda propoziţiilor nedeterminate, autoevaluarea, metodologia aritmetic-statistică de prelucrare a datelor rezultate din testări. Rezultatele studiului au demonstrat că în alcoolism se produc modificări în sfera motivaţională de trebuinţe, în sferele emoţional-volitivă, intelectuală şi comunicativă, se diminuează nivelul de pretenţii, se formează diverse reacţii patologice de apărare, care inevitabil conduc spre înstrăinarea socială a personalităţii. Alcoolul devine un mijloc de evadare din realitate şi ca o apărare psihologică ineficientă. Sub aspectul gender alcoolismul feminin într-o măsură mai mare, comparativ cu bărbaţii, diminuează motivaţia de performanţă, motivaţia de evitare a insucceselor, motivaţia aprobării sociale, scade nivelul de pretenţii. Bărbaţii afectaţi de alcoolism cronic tind într-o măsură mai mare spre succese în carieră, comparativ cu femeile, pentru aceştia este mult mai importantă aprobarea socială, în acelaşi timp având şi o fobie acutizată când este vorba de perspectiva de a suferi unele eşecuri.
Analyzing the problem of the personality motivational particularities, many scholars asserted that there is a mutual connection between motivation and personality’s qualities: the personality’s qualities influence the motivation particularities, but the motivation particularities that have been once fixed become the personality’s qualities [10, 16, 17]. Hierarchy change and motivations mediating mean a loss of complex organization of the person’s activity [4, 5, 6]. Research purpose: studying of particularities of the motivational sphere of the persons suffering from chronic alcoholism under the gender aspect. The research was carried out on the sample of 100 individuals, 60 of which are patients suffering from chronic alcoholism of the degree II, 30 of which are men and 30 women, but 40are healthy people, constituting a group of witnesses, 20 men and 20 women respectively. The age of men suffering from the chronic alcoholism was 29-43 years (35,9 4,99), that of women was 30-45 (36,1 5,43). In the group of witnesses, the age of men was 28-45 (the average age was 37,7 5,76 years), but that of women was 30-47 (38,9 4,65 years). Research methods: performance need evaluation scale, studying of the motivation of failure (no success) avoidance, approval motivation evaluation scale, test „personality’s orientation”, research of psychological defense, motivation revelation, method of undetermined suggestions, self-evaluating, arithmetic-statistic methodology of processing of the data resulted from tests. The research results showed that in the alcoholism, changes have happened in the motivational sphere of needs, in the intellectual, communicative sphere and in that of emotions and will, the level of claims decreases, various pathological defense reactions appear, which inevitably lead to the personality social alienation. Alcohol becomes a means of the reality avoiding and is used as un inefficient psychological defense. In the gender dimension women alcoholism more than in men reduces the motivation of achievement, avoidance of failure, social validation and the level of attraction. Men suffering from chronic alcoholism are more eager for career achievements than women. For them it is more significant to have social approval, as well they have more need to avoid failure.
