Tratamentul fracturilor de radius distal la pacienţii cu politraumatisme

Abstract

Studiul nostru este bazat pe analiza experienţei de tratament ortopedic şi chirurgical a fracturilor de os radial distal la 322 bolnavi, trataţi pe parcursul anilor 1999-2006 în clinica ”V. Beţişor” şi în secţiile ambulatorii municipale. Dintre 322 pacienţi examinaţi în 94 cazuri au fost fracturi de radius distal concomitente cu alte leziuni. Dintre aceşti 94 pacienţi, 71 au fost trataţi ortopedic şi 23 – chirurgical. Dintre cei 23 pacienţi trataţi chirurgical s-a efectuat: osteosinteză intrafocară Kapandji în 9 cazuri, osteosinteză cu broşe în 8 cazuri, ligamentocapsulotaxie în aparatul Ilizarov în 6 cazuri.

Our study is based on the analysis of experience of non-operative and surgical treatment of the distal radius fractures in 322 patients, treated at the “V. Beţişor” clinic and at the municipal ambulatory wards during the years 1999–2006. Among the 322 examined patients, 94 have distal radius fractures in polytrauma, 71 have undergone non-operative treatment and 23 – surgical treatment. Among the 23 patients treated surgically, the Kapandji intrafocal osteosynthesis has been performed in 9 cases, wires osteosynthesis in 8 cases, ligamentocapsulotaxy in the Ilizarov apparatus - 6 cases.
