Traumatismul facial în cadrul politraumei

Abstract

Pe parcursul anului 2008 traumatismul maxilo-facial a ocupat locul doi după procesele inflamatorii. Traumatismul asociat al feţei a alcătuit 37,25% din totalul bolnavilor cu traumă. Traumatismul craneo-cerebral asociat cu cel facial a alcătuit 79,26% şi ebrietatea etilică 21,24%. Durata tratamentului cu traumatism facial asociat a fost de 7 zile-pat. Pe primul loc s-au clasat fracturile de mandibulă, urmate de plăgile faciale, locul trei a fost ocupat de fracturile complexului nazoetmoidal. Fracturile complexului zigomatic s-a clasat pe locul patru şi pe ultimul loc maxilarul superior.

During 2008 year the maxillofacial traumas has taken the second place among the inflamatory processes. The associated maxillofacial traumas represented 37,25% of total patients. Craniocerebral traumas associated with the facial traumas represented 79,26% and traumas associated with alcoholism 21,24%. The treatment period of facial trauma is a 7 days of bed regimen. On the first place are the mandible of fracture are followed by facial lesions, and the of nasoethmoidal ones are placed on the third place. Zigomatic complex fractures of are on the fourth place and the last place is taken by those of the upper jaw.
