Gravitatea leziunilor hepatocitare şi importanţa lor prognostică la pacienţii cirotici operaţi pentru hipertensiune portală şi hipersplenism sever

Abstract

Articolul îşi propune să treacă în revistă actualităţi în abordarea diagnostică a sindromului hipersplenic cirogen, problemă de sănătate de mare actualitate prin creşterea alarmantă a prevalenţei acestuia. Având în vedere complexitatea cazurilor, precum şi impactul funcţional al leziunilor hepatice, considerăm benefică dezbaterea acestei probleme. lucrarea se bazează pe analiza buletinului histopatologic al bioptatelor hepatosplenice prelevate de la 94 pacienţi cirotici,operaţi pentru hipersplenism portal sever. rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical confirmă faptul că studiul efectuat influenţează spre bine diferenţierea atitudinii terapeutice, adresată acestei entităţi patologice.

In this article are presented news related to diagnostic approaches of the portal hypersplenism that nowadays, represents an actual problem of health. Due to the complexity cases, and functional impact of the lesion, we consider this paper to be a real benefit. This fact is due to the distressful increasing of its prevalence. The study is based on reviews of hystopathological form of hepatosplenic biopsy taken from 94 cirrhotic patients subjected to surgery with severe portal hypersplenism. The results of the surgical treatment confirm that performed study has a good influence on differentiation of therapeutic attitude addressed to this pathologic entity.
