Prin metode histologice, electronomicroscopice şi morfometrice a fost studiat patul microcirculator al plexurilor coroide ale ventriculelor
creierului uman. S-a stabilit că volumul principal al acestuia îl alcătuieşte o reţea capilară densă microareolară. Capilarele au un aranjament
deosebit în vilozităţile plexurilor coroide, formând „modulul patului microcirculator”. Ele se deosebesc atât după diametrul lumenului, cât
şi după grosimea pereţilor. Arhitectonica reţelelor capilare, de asemenea, este diversă şi depinde nu doar de topografie, dar şi de vârstă,
devenind stabile în tinereţe şi la prima etapă a maturităţii. Ultramicroscopic se constată că capilarele posedă un plan unic de structură
şi predomină capilare cu peretele fenestrat, ce indică o funcţie activă de transport.
The microcirculatory bed of the choroid plexus of the human brain ventricles has been studied using histological electronomicroscopic and
morphometric methods. It was established that it consists mainly of a dense capillary network. Capillaries have a special arrangement
in choroid plexus villis, forming “the module of the microcirculatory bed”. They differ by the diameter of the lumen and wall thickness.
Capillary network architecture has a great variety and depends on the topography and age, becoming stable in the first stage of maturity
of a person. It was proven ultra microscopically that the capillaries have a single integrated structure: fenestrated capillary walls predominate, indicating an active transport function.
