Endoscopia terapeutică în bolile biliopancreatice

Abstract

Endoscopia terapeutica a cunoscut in ultimii 30 de ani, o dezvoltare importantă, care a depașit, de multe ori, imaginația celui mai îndrăzneț medic, ajungând sa fie indispensabilă și a devenit terapia de primă linie în multe boli. Bolile biliopancreatice au beneficiat și beneficiază la ora actuală, de multe tehnici de terapie endoscopică, atât în scop curativ cât și în scop paliativ. În materialul care va fi susținut, vom discuta cele mai importante metode de terapie endoscopică pentru aceste boli, cum ar fi ERCP, papilotomie, ecoendoscopie disgnostica si terapeutică și, nu în ultimul rând, viitorul endoscopiei in diagnosticarea și tratarea bolilor biliopancreatice, care cresc ca incidență din ce în ce mai mult. Vom încerca să simplificăm expunerea, pe cât posibil, ca sa fie utilă unui numar cât mai larg din colegii prezenți în sală.

Therapeutic endoscopy has seen an important development over the past 30 years, which has often surpassed the imagination of the boldest physician, becoming indispensable and becoming the first-line therapy in many diseases. Biliopancreatic diseases have benefited and are currently benefiting from many endoscopic therapy techniques for both curative and palliative purposes. In the material to be supported, we will discuss the most important methods of endoscopic therapy for these diseases, such as ERCP, papillotomy, dissective and therapeutic ecoendoscopy, and, last but not least, the future of endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of biopancreatic diseases, the incidence more and more. We will try to simplify the exposure as much as possible to be useful to a wider number of colleagues present in the room.
