Abstract

Angioplastia cu balon este o metodă relativ sigură și eficace în tratamentul stenozelor valvulare congenitale a VAo. Se efectuează cu succes la toate categoriile de vârstă. Este o metodă cu reuşită imediată care permite ocolirea intervenției chirurgicale pe cord. Deși sunt prezente complicaţiile, angioplastia cu balon are o valoare importantă în tratamentul stenozei congenitale VAo la copii nou-născuţi şi sugari.

Ballon angioplasty represents a relatively safe and effective method in aortic stenosis treatment. It is successfully applied to patients of different ages.
