| dc.description.abstract | In Hungary, the Law for Work Safety XCIII. issued in year 1993. obligates the employers to guarantee the occupational health service for all their employee. The legislation for the occupational medicine is based on the Fundamental Law of Hungary (the Constitution) and the Law for Work Safety XCIII. from year 1993. Beside the given laws, there are several decrees which dispose the duties and obligations of the specialist of occupational health. This laws and decrees ensure the functioning and the quality of the of the services of occupational health. | en_US |

Законодательство в области медицины труда основывается на Основном Законе Венгрии (Конституции) и на Законе Безопасности Труда XCIII от 1993 года. Кроме этих законов имеются ещё несколько декретов, которые предусматривают обязанности специалиста медицины труда. Эти законы и декреты обеспечивают качественное функционирование службы медицины труда. | |
