| dc.description.abstract | Analysis of the current situation in the Republic of Moldova revealed no Occupational Health Service, its functions being carried out by the Service of State Surveillance of Public Health, 8.5 units of doctors in professional pathology and family doctors. The system of staff training in occupational medicine doesn’t exist. As a result, the diagnosis of occupational disease is put very rarely – by 6 to 15 cases annually during the last time. Occupational Health Service needs urgent reforms. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Анализируя реальную ситуацию в Республике Молдова, было установлено отсутствие службы медицины труда, функции которой выполняет отдел гигиены труда службы государственного надзора общественного здоровья, 8,5 единиц врачей профессиональных заболеваний и семейных врачей. Отсутствует система подготовки кадров в сфере медицины труда. Следовательно, диагноз профессионального заболевания устанавливается очень редко, в последнее время 6-15 случаев в год. Медицина труда требует внедрения срочных реформ. | |
