dc.description.abstract Chronic respiratory manifestations such as coughing and wheezing are reported to occur in children with reflux disease. This article reviews the respiratory manifestation and current diagnostic techniques in gastroesophageal reflux. The measurement of the nasopharyngeal pH during a 24-hour pH-metry in children with chronic respiratory disease is an additional valuable parameter. The major advantage of impedance may be the demonstration of a better correlation between symptoms and reflux. en_US
dc.description.abstract Хронические респираторные симптомы, кашель и свистящие рецидивирующие хрипы часто наблюдаются у младенцев и детей с рефлюксной болезнью. В статье представлен анализ респираторных проявлений и самых современных способов диагностики при рефлюксной болезни. Техника гастро-эзофагиальной рН-метрии в течение 24 часов у детей с хроническими респираторными симптомами является параметром с диагностической ценностью. Внутрипросветное сопротивление имеет преимущество четкой корреляции между респираторными симптомами и рефлюксом
