dc.description.abstract În lucrarea prezentă sunt elucidate rezultatele investigaţiilor clinice şi clinico-psihologice a 30 pacienţi cu diverse tipuri de depresie, care au beneficiat de tratament antidepresiv prin administrarea venlafaxin-retard (Velaxin). Investigaţiile clinice şi clinico-psihologice au demonstrat instalarea rapidă a efectului antidepresiv şi anxiolitic – din ziua a 4-5 de tratament, ceea ce permite reducerea riscului de suicid la pacientul depresiv; efecte similare inhibitorilor selectivi ai recaptării de serotonină la dozele de până la 150 mg pe zi şi identice antidepresivelor triciclice la doze de 150 – 225 mg pe zi; reducerea rapidă a anxietăţii, depresiei, ameliorarea calităţii somnului; tolerabilitate bună, datorită lipsei peack-urilor de concentraţie plasmatică; instalarea rapidă a remisiunilor terapeutice. Remediul a demonstrat nu doar eficienţă clinică semnificativă, ci şi nivel înalt de complaens datorită modului comod de administrare – în priză zilnică unică. en_US
dc.description.abstract The presented research reveals the results of clinical and clinical-psychological study of a lot of 30 patients suffering various depression types, who beneficed antidepressant treatment by venlafaxin retard (Velaxin). Clinical and clinical-psychological studies have demonstrated a rapid installation of antidepressant and anti-anxiety effect – beginning with the 4th – 5th day of treatment, the fact that permits to decrease the suicide risk for the depressive patient; the effects similar to those of selective inhibitors of serotonin reuptake in doses of less of 150mg per day, and identical to those of tricyclic antidepressants in dosage of 150 – 225mg per day; rapid decreasing of anxiety and depression, sleep quality improvement, good tolerance, based on the lack of peaks of plasmatic concentration, rapid installation of therapeutic remission. The remedy has proven to be effective clinically, as well as the high compliancy level due to the administration mode – of one intake a day.
