Abstract:
The variants, frequency and time of onset of internal organ
involvement since onset of systemic sclerosis have been
studied in 200 patients. It has been established that involvement
of internal organs, being the key moment in the
current choice of immunosuppressant treatment, essentially
depends on the clinical form of the disease. Knowing the
frequency and the average time for the occurrence of the
internal organs damage allows for the early identification
of the organic implications with the possibility of indicating
an appropriate treatment.
