Expansiunea tisulară în tratamentul sechelelor cicatriciale posttraumatice şi postcombustionale în regiunea capului şi gâtului

Abstract

Aceasta lucrare sumarizează experienţa Centrului Republican de Leziuni Termice în tratamentul sechelelor cicatriciale posttraumatice şi postcombustionale în regiunea capului şi gâtului cu localizare unică sau combinată pe parcursul ultimilor 10 ani. Tratamentul sechelelor cicatriciale ale regiunilor expuse ale corpului implică nu doar obţinerea unui rezultat funcţional, dar şi a componentului estetic al acesteia. În lucrare se analizează structura demografică a pacienţilor ce necesită asistenţa chirurgicală specializată, localizările mai frecvente ale leziunilor, rezultatele obţinute şi complicaţiile întâlnite. S-au constatat avantajele şi dezavantajele utilizării acestei metode de tratament a sechelelor cicatriciale posttraumatice şi postcombustionale în regiunea capului şi gâtului.

This paper summarizes the experience of the Republican Center for Thermal Injuries in the treatment of posttraumatic and post-combustion scars sequelae in head and neck region with a single or combined location accumulated for over the past 10 years. Treatment of scar sequelae of exposed regions of the body involves not only getting a functional result, but also its aesthetic component. The paper analyzes the demographics of patients requiring specialized surgical care, most common locations of lesions, the results obtained and complications encountered. The advantages and disadvantages of using this method of treatment of post-traumatic and post-combustion scar sequelae in head and neck region were mentioned.
