Summary
It was assessed the clinical efficacy and tolerance of ozone therapy with bicycle stress test in patients with coronary artery disease and
stable angina of elder age groups. The study included 48 patients with ischemic disease, aged 65-72 years (mean 66,6 ± 4,8 years). It
was proved that the use of ozone therapy in treatment of patients with coronary artery disease could improve the standard antianginal
therapy, which manifests an increase in exercise tolerance, decreasing the frequency of anginal attacks.
Rezumat
A fost evaluată eficacitatea clinică și toleranţă terapiei cu ozon, prin evaluarea cicloergometriei la pacienţii vârstnici cu cardiopatie ischemică și angină pectorală stabilă. Studiul a inclus 48 de pacienţi cu boală ischemică, în vârstă de 65-72 ani (in medie 66,6 ± 4,8 ani). A fost
demonstrat, că utilizarea terapiei cu ozon în tratamentul pacienţilor cu boală coronariană ar putea îmbunătăţi tratamentul standard, ce
se manifestă prin creşterea toleranţei la efort şi diminuarea frecvenţei acceselor anginoase.
