dc.description.abstract Introduction: Acne is a condition that can occur at any age for a variety of reasons, from a genetic cause to low immunity, stress, sweating or hormonal disorders. Salicylic acid treatment can get rid of many skin problems and prevent them from occurring. Purpose: Development of a cosmetic product with seboregulatory effect for skin care. Material and methods: Determination of the quality parameters of the cosmetic cream: organoleptic, determination of pH, determination of viscosity, accelerated stability studies performed in the University Pharmaceutical Center "Vasile Procopișin", production department. Results: At the pharmacy level, anti-acne cream was prepared containing salicylic acid and sulfur, which helps reduce the amount of sebum, reduces the appearance of dilated pores and soothes irritations. The cosmetic cream with anti-acne and seboregulatory action under study, showed the following quality conditions: homogeneity, characteristic odor, color white- yelow, pH 5.5-6.5, viscosity of 20 000 mPas in preparation and 40 000 mPas after 30 days storage.Conclusions: The study showed that the cosmetic cream with anti-acne and seboregulatory action is stable for 30 days and corresponds to the quality parameters. The sebum-regulating cream helps to prevent the appearance of classic diseases associated with the skin with an abnormal sebum content. en_US
