Diagnosticul de tuberculoză pulmonară stabilit post-mortem în municipiul Chișinău

Abstract

A retrospective study of cases with diagnosis of TB established post-mortem in the municipality of Chisinau during the 3 periods of time (2001-2003, 2007-2009, 2013-2015) was performed. The aim was to study the dynamics of cases of tuberculosis established post-mortem during the specified periods. There were 191 cases of tuberculosis established post-mortem: in the first period - 99 cases, in the second period - 63 cases, in the third period - 25 cases. The number of post-mortem established cases of tuberculosis was decreased during the studding periods. A male of working age was predominated. The majority of deaths occurred at home, 112 of cases were without a specific place of residence.

Было проведено ретроспективное исследование случаев туберкулеза, установленного посмертно в течение 3-х временных периодов (2001-2003 гг., 2007-2009 гг. и 2013-2015 гг.) в муниципии Кишинэу. Целью исследования было изучение динамики случаев туберкулеза, установленного посмертно в течение указанных временных периодов. Было выявлено 191 случаев туберкулеза, установленного посмертно: в 1-й периоде - 99 случаев, во 2-ом периоде - 63 случая, в 3-м периоде - 25 случаев. В исследованные периоды отмечается снижение посмертно установленных случаев туберкулеза, преобладание мужчин и лиц трудоспособного возраста. В большинстве случаев смерть наступила на дому, половина случаев умерших была без определенного места жительства.
