Summary
The diseases of the respiratory tract with congenital
malformation and the hereditary pathologies in adults and
chidren: the diagnosis and
therapy principles
Introduction
The respiratory tract diseases
are the ones most frequently
met in the family doctors and
phtysiopneumologists practice. The problem importance
is not conditioned only by
their large spreading, but as
well as their association with
other diseases. Nowadays, in
spite of the clinical protocols
presence, many problems in
the co-morbidity states remain
unsolved.
Aim
To study the clinical peculiarities, diagnosis and management of the respiratory tract
diseases, especially, the tuberculosis ones combined with
congenital malformation and
the hereditary pathologies.
Materials and methods
The analysis of medical documentations 61 in a co-morbidity patient.
Results
The combination of tuberculosis and the respiratory tract
diseases with other pathologies establish big difficulties
in the differential diagnosis
and management.
Conclusions
For optimizing complete medical care for the patients with
tuberculosis it’s necessary to
appreciate the co-morbidity
index and the attachment of
interdisciplinary management.
