Introducere: Multitudinea metodelor diagnostice pentru depistarea H.pylori necesită o evaluare a fiabilității acestora, mai ales
în prezența complicațiilor bolii ulceroase.
Material și metode: Studiul a inclus 64 de pacienți internați la Spitalul de urgența “I.I.Dzhanelidze”. Grupul de baza – 14
pacienți cu ulcer peptic complicat. Grupul de control – 48 de persoane (gastoduodenite și ulcer duodenal fără complicații).
Rezultate: Diagnosticul bacteriologic: caracteristici funcționale – Se 50,9%; Sp 100%; pVp 100%; pVn 25,0%; Ac 57,8%.
Diagnosticul serologic: caracteristici funcționale – Se 90,9%; Sp 77,8%; pVp 96,2%; pVn 13,5%; Ac 89,1%. PCR din bioptate:
caracteristici funcționale – Se 67,3%; Sp 100%; pVp 100%; pVn 33,3%; Ac 71,9%. Imunocitochimie: caracteristici funcționale –
Se 89,1%; Sp 100%; pVp 100%; pVn 53,8%; Ac 90,3%. Teste expres pentru depistarea activității ureazice H.pylori în bioptate
HelPil®-test: caracteristici funcționale – Se 90,9%; Sp 55,6; pVp 92.6%; pVn 50.0%; Ac 85.9%. HelPil®-test considerând
tratamentul administrat: caracteristici funcționale – Se 97,4%; Sp 23,1%; pVp 64,9%; pVn 54,5%; Ac 67,2%. Biohit-test:
caracteristici funcționale – Se 36,4%; Sp 100%; pVp 100%; pVn 20,5%; Ac 45,3%. Biohit-test considerând tratamentul
administrat: caracteristici funcționale – Se 92,1%; Sp 100%; pVp 92,1%; pVn 59,1%; Ac 95,3%.
Concluzii: Metodele standard de diagnosticare a H.pylori sunt puțin informative din cauza unui număr mare de forme
degenerative și cocice ale H.pylori, precum și din cauza distrugerii masive a bacteriilor în timpul complicațiilor ulcerului
duodenal.
Introduction: The wide range of the evaluation methods of H.pylori demands an assessment of their reliability, especially in the
presence of complications of duodenal ulcer (DU).
Material and methods: The study included 64 patients admitted to Research Institute of Emergency Medicine “I.I.Dzhanelidze”.
The main group included 14 patients with the complicated DU. The control group of 48 people (gastroduodenitis and duodenal
ulcer without complications).

Conclusions: The standard methods of diagnostic are less informative because of large number of H.pylori are in coccic or
degenerative forms and massive bacteriolisis in case of complications (perforation, stenosis, bleeding).
