Abstract:

The aim of review is to present modern data on a role of adaptive immune system in development of chronic viral B damage of liver and mechanisms of influence of hepatitis virus B (HBV) on T lymphocytes (TL). There are some mechanisms of HBV suppressing effect on immune response parts, including impairment in TL function.
