Specificul investigaţiilor paraclinice instrumentale în afectările aparatului locomotor la pacienţii cu hipotiroidie primară

Abstract

The article are exposed specific laboratory investigations conducting the instrumental examination (X-ray and US of affected joints, osteodensitometry DEXA, ENG) in patients with musculoskeletal disorders in primary hypothyroidism, which allowed confirmation or rejection of musculoskeletal disorders in these patients. They studied patients with primary hypothyroidism associated with rheumatologic pathology hospitalized in endocrinology department of the Republican Clinical Hospital.
