Abstract:
Background. The problem of stress at work and burnout in the last decades,is one of the most relevant
issues for the medical field and health care workers. Multiple publications suggest that health care
workers should be listed among occupations with a high level of risk of developing burnout
syndrome. Objective of the study. The purpose of the work was to develop a questionnaire to assess
burnout syndrome and occupational stress of the employees of the national agency for public health, and
for the identification and prioritization of the risk factors at work. Material and Methods. The
standardized questionnaires recommended by the International Labor Agency for the assessment of
various aspects of occupational stress were analyzed. And 5 of them have been selected, The
questionnaires have been completed with close and open questions specific to the pandemic situation.
Also The Google Form of the questionnaire was developed and runed. Results: A questionnaire for
evaluating the stress at work has been assessed, that includes 100 questions distributed in 7 chapters.
The try out of the questionnaire took place online, at the level of the Centers of Public Health Chisinau
and Hincesti on a sample of 30 people. After evaluating the answers, 26 questions have been drafted,
and in this way were excluded all the unclear moments that generated erroneous interpretations. In the
opinion of the respondents, among the stress factors at the work was found the poor legislation (100%),
vaguely formulated duties (89%), insufficient time for evaluation and endorsement of legislative
documents and their regulation (91,2%), organizational. Conclusion. Knowing the risk factors of the
development of the burnout syndrome and the professional stress and the characteristics for different
occupational groups allow the elaboration of reasoned measures for solving efficiently the problems in
occupational field. Introducere. În prezent, stresul și arderea profesională, reprezintă una din problemele actuale pentru
lumea muncii și sănătatea ocupațională. Multiple publicații afirmă că lucrătorii medicali se regăsesc
printre profesiile cu nivel înalt al riscului de dezvoltare a sindromului de ardere profesională. Scopul
lucrării. Dezvoltarea unui chestionar pentru evaluarea sindromului de stres și ardere profesională a
colaboratorilor Agenției Naționale pentru Sănătate Publică, pentru identificarea și prioritizarea factorilor
de risc la locul de muncă. Material și Metode. S-au analizat chestionarele standardizate recomandate
de Organizația Internațională a Muncii pentru evaluarea diferitor aspecte ale stresului profesional. Au
fost selectate 5 chestionare, care au fost completate cu întrebări de tip închis și deschis specifice
activității în perioada pandemică. A fost elaborat și pilotat Formularul Google al chestionarului.
Rezultate. A fost elaborat un chestionar pentru evaluarea stresului la locul de muncă, alcătuit din 7
capitole (100 întrebări). Pilotarea lui s-a efectuat online, la nivelul Centrelor de Sănătate Publică
Chișinău și Hîncești, pe un eșantion de 30 de persoane. După evaluarea răspunsurilor obținute, s-au
redactat 26 de întrebări, astfel fiind excluse unele neclarități generatoare de interpretări eronate. În opinia
respondenților, printre factorii stresanți la locul de muncă se regăsesc legislația precară (100%),
atribuțiile de serviciu formulate vag (89%), timp insuficient pentru evaluarea și avizarea proiectelor de
documente legislative și de reglementare (91,2%), cultura organizațională (75%). Concluzii.
Cunoașterea factorilor de risc pentru dezvoltarea stresului profesional caracteristici diferitor grupuri
profesionale permite elaborarea măsurilor argumentate de asanarea mediului ocupațional și sporirea
eficacității și eficienței lor.
