Dento-alveolary disharmony with crowding

Abstract

Background. One of the most current problems in modern dentistry is the disorder of aesthetics. Dentomaxillary anomalies are an obstacle in social integration where public relations plays a key role, and orthodontic activity must restore the patient's optimal physiognomy and safety. Objective of the study. Study of the frequency and causes of clinical manifestations and treatment principles of crowded dento-alveolar disharmony. Material and Methods. The clinical study was performed by objective clinical examination, subjective clinical examination and paraclinical examination. Results. The objectives of the paper were met by analyzing the etiological factors leading to dento-alveolar disharmony with crowding, studying the relevant diagnostic methods in this anomaly and by applying various treatment methods depending on the patient's age. Conclusion. Careful analysis of general and local factors allow us to determine and guide the treatment of dento-alveolar disharmony with crowding, removing the factors responsible for growth disorders and the development of alveolar arches and bone bases.

Introducere. Una din cele mai actuale probleme în stomatologia modernă este dereglarea esteticii. Anomaliile dento- maxilare sunt un obstacol în itegrarea socială unde relațiile publice joacă un rol determinant, iar activitatea ortodontului trebuie să redea pacientului aspectul fizionomic optim și siguranță. Scopul lucrării. Studierea frecvenței, cauzelor, manifestărilor clinice și a principiilor de tratament al dizarmoniei dento-alveolare cu înghesuire. Material și Metode. Studiul clinic a fost realizat prin examenul clinic obiectiv, examenul clinic subiectiv și examenul paraclinic. Rezultate. Obiectivele lucrării au fost îndeplinite prin analiza factorilor etiologici ce duc la apariția dizarmoniei dento-alveolare cu înghesuire, studierea metodelor de diagnostic relevante în această anomalie cât și prin aplicarea diverselor metode de tratament în funcție de vârsta pacientului. Concluzii. Analiza minuțioasă a factorilor generali și locali ne permit determinarea și reperele de orientare a tratamentului dizarmoniei dento-alveolare cu înghesuire, înlăturarea factorilor responsabili ai tulburărilor de creștere și dezvoltarea arcadelor alveolare și a bazelor osoase.
