Abstract:
Background. Rheumatic diseases represent a diverse group of illnesses that frequently affect the
gastrointestinal tract. The manifestations of the G.I. symptoms are depending on the involved organ, as
well as the base disease. Even if the majority of G.I. symptoms are uncommon they can lead to serious
injuries. Objective of the study. The study of the gastrointestinal system affections in patients with
rheumatic diseases, analysis of the frequency of major changes, and assessment of their severity degree
in conformity with the rheumatic disease. Material and Methods. A descriptive study was conducted,
retrospectively on a group of 60 patients diagnosed with rheumatic diseases in the IMSP SCR. All
subjects met the ACR diagnostic criteria on RA, SLE, SyS. Patients were divided into 3 groups. I-st.
group–20 patients with RA; II-nd. group–20 patients with SLE; III-rd. group–20 patients with SyS
diffuse form. Results. It has been observed that the affection of the gastrointestinal system was present
in 94% of patients with SyS, in 64% with SLE, not in all cases is registered the presence of the clinical
symptoms, they are asymptomatic. Gastrointestinal manifestations of (RA) are rare (45%), some
gastrointestinal processes are directly related to RA, meanwhile, others can be sequelae of treatment or
caused by concomitant autoimmune diseases (autoimmune hepatitis - 4 patients
(20%)). Conclusion. G.I. system affection occurs in rheumatic diseases as a result of the treatment with
SMARD/DMARD, and as a manifestation of the underlying disease. Preventing complications from the
G.I. system can be done through adequate management and investigation of the patient. Introducere. Maladiile reumatice reprezintă un grup divers de boli ce afectează frecvent tractul
gastrointestinal. Simptomele gastrointestinale variază în funcție de organul implicat, precum și de boala
reumatică. Deși majoritatea manifestărilor gastointestinale sunt nespecifice, ele pot cauza vătămări
grave. Scopul lucrării. Studierea afecțiunilor sistemului gastrointestinal la bolnavii cu maladii
reumatice, analiza frecvenţei unor schimbări majore şi evaluarea gradului de severitate a acestora în
conformitate cu maladia reumatică. Material și Metode. Studiul este unul descriptiv, retrospectiv pe un
lot de 60 pacienţi cu boli reumatice din IMSP SCR. Criteriile diagnostice ACR a AR, LES, SSc au fost
respectate, formându-se 3 loturi: I lot–20 bolnavi cu AR; II lot–20 bolnavi cu LES; III lot–20 pacienții
cu SSc formă difuză. Rezultate. S-a observat că afectarea sistemului gastrointestinal este prezentă la
94% de pacienți cu SSc, la 64% de pacienți cu LES, nu s-au înregistrat în toate cazurile prezența
simptomelor clinice, unii fiind asimptomatici. Manifestările gastrointestinale ale (AR) sunt rare (45%),
unele procese gastrointestinale sunt direct legate de AR, în timp ce altele pot fi sechele de tratament sau
cauzate de boli autoimune concomitente (hepatită autoimună 4 pacienți (20%)). Concluzii. Afectarea
sistemului G.I. în bolile reumatice poate fi atât rezultatul tratamentului cu SMARD/DMARD, cât și o
manifestare a maladiei de bază. Prevenirea complicațiilor din partea sistemului G.I. poate fi efectuată
printr-un management și o investigare adecvată a bolnavului.
