Abstract:
Background. Bismuth colloidal citrate preparations have a cytoprotective action on the esophageal
mucosa. Cytoprotection influences all three protective levels of the mucosa: preepithelial, epithelial and
postepithelial. Objective of the study. To determine the effect of bismuth tripotassium dicitrate (DeNol) on the dynamics of nitric oxide metabolites in blood serum and gastric juice in patients with erosive
GERD. Material and Methods. The study included 46 patients with erosive form of GERD (age 20-60
years) and 23 practically healthy people (control group). FEGDS was performed and the concentration
of NO metabolites in the blood serum was determined and gastric juice before and after treatment
Treatment: gr.1 (28 patients) - basic therapy; gr.2 (18 patients) - basic therapy + De-Nol. Results. The
content of stable metabolites of NO in blood serum in patients with erosive GERD was 97,35 ± 1,75
μmol/l before treatment and 85,31 ± 3,99 μmol/l after treatment in the control group. was 76.0 ± 1.61
μmol/l. The level of concentration of NO metabolites in gastric juice in the base group was 52.27 ± 3.66
mmol/l before treatment, after treatment: the level of NO metabolites decreased significantly to 34.27 ±
1.29 mmol/l l in patients treated with De-Nol compared to group 1 (46.15 ± 1.31 μmol/l). In the control
group the NO metabolites in gastric juice formed 27.9 ± 1.5 μmol/l. Conclusion. 1. The concentration
of NO metabolites in the blood serum and gastric juice of GERD patients in the esophagitis stage is
significantly higher compared to the control group. 2. The use of De-Nol in the complex treatment of
erosive GERD significantly reduces the level of NO metabolites in gastric. Introducere. Citoprotecția influențează toate trei nivele protective a mucoasei: preepitelial, epitelial și
postepitelial. Scopul lucrării. Determinarea efectului dicitratului de tripotasiu al bismutului (De-Nol)
asupra dinamicii metaboliților oxidului nitric din serul sangvin și sucul gastric la pacienții cu BRGE
erozivă. Material și Metode. În studiu au fost incluși 46 de pacienți cu formă erozivă a BRGE (vârsta
20-60 de ani) și 23 de persoane practic sănătoase (grupa de control). S-a efectuat FEGDS și s-a
determinat concentrația metaboliților NO în serul sangvin și sucul gastric înainte și după tratament.
Tratament: gr.1 (28 de pacienți) - terapie de bază; gr.2 (18 pacienți) - terapie de bază+DeNol. Rezultate. Conținutul metaboliților stabili ai NO din serul sangvin la pacienții cu BRGE erozivă a
fost de 97,35±1,75 μmol/l până la tratament și 85,31±3,99 μmol/l după tratament, în grupul de control a
fost de 76,0±1,61 μmol/l. Nivelul de concentrație a metaboliților de NO din sucul gastric în lotul de bază
a fost 52,27±3,66 mmol/l până la tratament, după tratament: nivelul metaboliților de NO a scăzut
semnificativ la 34,27±1,29 mmol/l la pacienții tratați cu De-Nol, comparativ cu grupul 1(46,15±1,31
μmol/l). În lotul martor, metaboliții NO din sucul gastric au constituit 27,9 ±1,5 μmol/l. Concluzii. 1.
Concentrația metaboliților NO în serul sangvin și în sucul gastric al pacienților cu BRGE în stadiul
esofagitei este semnificativ mai mare comparativ cu grupul de control. 2. Utilizarea De-Nol în
tratamentul complex al BRGE erozive reduce semnificativ nivelul metaboliților NO în sucul gastric.
