Performanța echipei medicului de familie în viziunea beneficiarilor

Abstract

Rezumat Pe parcursul anilor, aprecierea performanței echipei medicului de familie de către populație a fost studiată în mai multe țări, însă nu a fost considerată prioritară în Republica Moldova. Scopul cercetării realizate a constat în studierea atitudinii beneficiarilor, în funcție de vârstă (adulți tineri și maturi) și de sex (masculin/feminin), față de activitatea echipei medicului de familie și performanțele acesteia. Studiul transversal a fost realizat prin aplicarea „Instrumentului de evaluare a asistenței medicale primare” – un instrument de cercetare elaborat de L. Shi și coaut. (2001). Acesta a fost adaptat, validat și aplicat selectiv în cadrul interviului față în față cu adulți de 18-65 de ani, recrutați din toată țara. Metodele de analiză statistică au fost: descrierea simplă, analiza comparativă a frecvențelor sumare pe compartimente, calcularea coeficientului Pearson χ2 . Lotul luat în studiu a fost omogen după criteriul de vârstă. Printre respondenți a predominat sexul feminin. Evaluarea performanțelor echipei medicului de familie de către beneficiari diferă în funcție de vârsta respondenților. În același timp, rata diferită a femeilor și a bărbaților incluși în studiu nu ne-a permis să facem careva concluzii cu privire la diferența în percepția performanței echipei medicului de familie.

Summary Over the years, the assessment of the performance of the population family doctor team has been studied in several countries, but it has not been considered a priority in the Republic of Moldova. The aim of the research was to study the attitude of the beneficiaries, depending on age (young and mature adults) and gender (male/female), towards the activity of the family doctor’s team and its performance. The cross-sectional study was conducted by applying the ”Primary Care Assessment Tool” – a research tool developed by L. Shi et al. (2001). It was adapted, validated and applied selectively in the face-to-face interview with 18-65 year olds recruited from all over the country. The methods of statistical analysis were: simple description, comparative analysis of summary frequencies by compartments, calculation of the Pearson coefficient (Chi square). The group included in the study was homogeneous by age. Among the respondents, women predominated. The evaluation of the performances of the family doctor’s team by the beneficiaries differs depending on the age of the respondents. At the same time, the different rate of women and men included in the study did not allow any conclusions about their attitude towards the performance of the family physician team.

Резюме На протяжении многих лет оценка работы команды семейного врача изучалась в других странах, но не считалась приоритетной в Республике Молдова. Целью проводимого исследования было изучить отношение бенефициаров в зависимости от возраста (молодые и зрелые взрослые) и пола (мужчина/женщина) к деятельности команды семейного врача и ее результативности. Поперечное исследование проводилось с применением «Инструмента оценки первичной медицинской помощи» – опросника для исследования, разработанного L. Shi и др. (2001). Опросник был адаптирован, подтвержден и выборочно применялся в очных интервью со взрослыми людьми в возрасте 18–65 лет по всей стране. Методы статистического анализа: простое описание, сравнительный анализ суммарных частот по разделам опросника, расчет коэффициента Пирсона (хи-квадрат). Группа лиц, включенных в исследование, была однородной по возрасту. Среди респондентов преобладал женский пол. Оценка работы команды семейного врача бенефициарами различается в зависимости от возраста респондентов. В то же время разная доля женщин и мужчин, включенных в исследование, не позволила сделать какие-либо выводы о разнице в восприятии работы команды первичной медицинской помощи.
